About data & this model

Roof only. No walls, windows, energy calculation or pricing modules. This is an approximate reconstruction, not a measured survey. Verify adjoining properties, dormers, openings and roof joins. Height zero is the lowest reconstructed roof point, not ground level.

No analytics or project upload. Keys and Google responses remain in memory. Google receives addresses, selected coordinates and API requests when you use its services.

Google-derived working files expire after 30 days. Refresh source data for ongoing use. Exported designs are for the requested energy project and must retain attribution.
